One, besmearthree prevent lacquer
For the PCBAboard which is not used for a long time, it should be coated with a three-proofpaint, which has the functions of moisture-proof, dustproof and anti-oxidation,and can effectively extend the storage time. After being coated with athree-proof paint, it can be extended for 9 months.
Ii. Vacuumpacking method
PCBA storageis not in contact with air and water. First of all, the PCBA board should bepacked with vacuum bags, and a layer of bubble film should be placed around theside of the box during packing. Bubble film has good water absorption, whichplays a very good role in preventing moisture. Of course, moisture-proof beadsare also indispensable. Then sort them and put them on the label. Aftersealing, the boxes must be kept in a dry and ventilated place away from theground and away from sunlight.
Control thetemperature and humidity of the warehouse
The temperatureof the warehouse stored by PCBA is best controlled at 23±3℃ and 55±10%RH. The storage condition is goodand the temperature is less than 25 ℃ and the relative humidity is lessthan 65%. It has temperature control and the indoor environment is non-corrosivegas.
